Summary

Gratiano, Lorenzo, Salarino and Solanoi discuss their entrance to a masked ball. Lancelot enters with Lorenzo's letter. Lorenzo asks Lancelot to send his regards to Jessica, privately. Lancelot goes to invite Shylock to sup with Bassanio.

Lorenzo tells Gratiano of his plan to be with Jessica. He thinks she is fair and rich.
